If you are, or were a chef in another life and have a great recipe to share on the Kartoffelklösse Project please send it along to tmelle606@gmail.com with any digital photographs (your own) to use, showing the steps of the recipe. I will select the best photographs to convey the method used to make the recipe. Please include a short bio and history about the recipe. Please let me know how credit the recipe to you. The recipe should be retro comfort food.

I hope that you enjoy your visit to The Kartoffelklösse Project. My primary focus is on comfort food, German and retro food. If you would like to share stories or recipes please feel free to send them to me.

If you would like to ask me about a recipe that you've lost and would like to find, just give me a little history (story) about the recipe, telling me the geographical origin of the recipe would also be helpful. Just drop me an email and I will do my best. If you have an unusual retro recipe and would like it posted, send me an email and I will try to accommodate. Include picture(s) if possible.
